| Common Mistakes Papers |
|
The Common Mistakes papers are a key element of the ATC’s Best Practice Policy. They are designed to help the Inns and Circuits to tailor their training provision to the particular needs of their trainees, and continuously to develop their own trainers through avoiding mistakes that are observed to be commonly made. A paper identifying common mistakes in the advocacy performances of Pupils is in use by the Inns and Circuits, and the ATC is working on additional papers helping to address problems common to New Practitioners and to advocacy trainers.
